SimpleUsability Ltd was formed in 2001 to offer website owners an alternative to the very rigid usability services being offered at the time. We felt that there was a need in the market for a team of usability professionals that had a proven web history; i.e. they had designed, built and run websites before. At the time, the majority of website usability testing on offer was conducted by software usability specialists with limited knowledge of brand, marketing and website technology. We’re based out of Leeds with most major cities easily commutable, London only a 2 hour trip on wifi equipped trains.
