 Distribute a plugin update to all of your blogs at once: To update a plugin across your blog network, simply upload the new version to the master blog. Make sure that this is the only plugin in the plugin folder. Then distribute that update to your remote blogs.

 Copy theme modifications to all of your blogs at once: To modify a theme on multiple blogs, simply make the modification on the master blog. Then clone that updated template to your other blogs.

 Add a single blog post to all of your blogs: To do this your, master blog should not have any posts. Create the new post. Then choose to clone Posts & Comments. WP Cloner will then add that new post to all blogs that you specify at the same time.
