Discover the hidden Secret the SEO masters are not telling you in getting top rankings!
- Are you tired of chasing the elusive dream of getting top ranking for your web-pages?
- Are you tired of buying tons of ebooks on search engine optimization?
- Have you bought countless whiz-bang software and scripts that promise to shoot your page ranking through the roof?
- Do you have the feeling that there’s something else that these gurus are not telling you? ...
Then listen up - because I’m about to share with you the SEO Secret that no one else is telling you. This "secret" is shared only among those in the ’elite inner’ circle of marketers ...
The #1 SEO Secret is simply that - you just have to be 1 step ahead of your nearest competitor - i.e. "run a little faster than your nearest competitor"
The "gurus" and the smart marketers know this - they identify the niche, their competitors and then tweak their pages so that it performs just a little better than the competition!
You’re not competing with Google ... you’re competing with the other websites that have a higher ranking than you! Let that statement sink deeply in - because once you have, you’ll be in the "elite" top 5% of the marketers that do well in organic search engine results.
The next obvious question would be, "How do you run a little faster?"
There are many ways, one of which is keyword research. Another way is the proper usage of software tools.
The #1 Mistake online marketers make ...
Most marketers make this mistake of "trying to beat Google at its own game". Every now and then, a new software would appear on the market, apparently able to out-wit and out-smart Google and the other search engines.
Then, before you know it, thousands of machine generated pages appear over-night! Hundreds of marketers using the same software, throwing up the same pages ... and wondering why they don’t see any noticeable results in their search engine rankings.
The truth is, you can’t beat Google or the other Search Engines. You’ll do far better if you "work with them" instead of trying to outwit them. It is just a matter of time before Google catches up (sometimes as fast as 1-2 weeks) - Then effectiveness of these software programs plunges.
"Are you telling me that these SEO type of software programs don’t work?"
Well, yes and no. Contrary to what some of the sales letters may claim, it is futile trying to "beat Google in its own game" - there is just no way you can win - no matter how good the software claims to be, or how expensive it is.
However, if you ...
Work with Google ...
These type of software programs may just give you the extra edge over your competitors - i.e. help you "run a little faster ..."
But keep in mind that there is no magic bullet - no software, no "secret". Your best bet is to give Google (and the other search engines) what they want -
- Content - fresh, targeted, relevant content ... preferably lots of it.
- Links - inbound links from other (relevant) sites, and internal links from your own pages.
And they’ll reward you handsomely!
Nothing beats creating your own unique content (or hire someone to write for you) and getting in-bound links from other websites.
But if all things being equal, some of these SEO software programs will give you the extra edge - if used correctly.
There are many types of SEO software programs on the market (e.g. page generators, directory generators, portal generators, RSS, cloakers, automated blog and ping, etc) but my personal favorite is RSS.
RSS in Plain Language ...
RSS is basically a simple technology that allows you to get content for your own website(s) by retrieving it from various newsfeeds and Blogs created by other folks. Many of them are experts in their respective niches.
In other words, you can use RSS Feeds to provide relevant and FRESH content on your website without writing a single word! This will encourage your visitors to return to your site for the latest news on the subject.
Of course, the other benefit is that the search engine spiders love it (the fresh, related content) and will visit your site more often.
Here are the 4 main Advantages of using RSS Feeds
RSS feeds provides targeted and fresh content on your website. The search engine spiders love it.
You don’t have to lift a finger to do anything - no writing, no typing - you just let the RSS software do its work, day in, day out, 24x7 without complaining or calling in sick. You love it :-)
As a result of the fresh, relevant content, the search engine spiders will visit your website(s) more often - higher chance of being indexed.
As mentioned earlier, if all other things being equal, if your site uses RSS while your competitors do not, you’ll have the extra edge over them - Remember your goal is not to "outrun" the search engines, but to outrun your competitors!
Flying Under the Search Engines’ Radar
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, the RSS fingerprint does pose a small problem - even if your website has its own unique content. This is because anyone (and everyone) that uses the same RSS feed will display the same content listing, and in the same order.
This problem is solved by Power-RSSTM. This software make your RSS feeds "unique" - i.e. randomizes the news feed so that even if hundreds of other marketers are using the same RSS feed, yours will be "unique" and stand out!
Remember, you only have to "run a little faster" than the nearest guy!
This is how Power-RSS TM works:
RSS Aggregator - You specify a keyword for your RSS feed. You can select exact match or best match. For example, exact match for ’seo marketing’ will return only feeds that contain that phrase. Best match (the default) will return RSS feeds that contain SEO and/or Marketing.
You specify the lower and upper limit of the RSS feeds that you want to display on your site, e.g. between 5-10 listings. The software will then randomly pick a number between 5 and 10.
Power-RSS will then retrieve and shuffles the RSS feeds. It will then display the RSS feed based on the upper and lower limit that you’ve set.
End result: Your visitors and the search engine spiders will see a different set of randomized results each time the page is refreshed! This will set you apart from the other marketers who are using the older RSS software.
You can also highlight the keywords in bold or italics - for example, if your keyword is ’seo marketing’, you can opt to highlight just ’seo’ or ’seo marketing’ in the first 2 paragraphs as well as the last paragraph.(This is basic SEO page optimization)
You also have the option to automatically insert backlinks to your own webpages (the keyword will be used as the anchor text). See the screen shots on the FAQ page you can do this.
Take a look at this page (click on the following link): SEO news . A new window will pop-up. The keyword is ’seo marketing’ (best match) and I’ve selected "seo" as the keyword to highlight in bold.
Refresh that page on your browser - you will see that the news listings change as well as the number of listings (I’ve set the upper limit as 10 and lower limit as 5) If the word "seo" appears on the first 2 paragraphs, it will be highlighted in Bold.
