Keyword Controller has a host of features above and beyond any other keyword list tool in the market today - period!

Once you’ve researched your lists of words from your favorite source such as Wordtracker, TheDowser, Keyword Domination or where ever - (it really doesn’t matter where so long as their output is either .txt, .csv or .xls) - then all you have to do is click the "Load List" button to import them directly into Keyword Controller and start adapting them the way YOU want them to be!

 List A and List B - Run two different lists side by side. Cut and paste between lists using your mouse or the CTRL commands. Easy to use with total control at your fingertips.

 Check A against B or B against A - Allows you to compare lists and delete duplicate entries with one click. No more hidden doubles to worry about.

 Merge A into B or B into A - Merge two lists together. Take an existing list already used for building a site. Load your new list into Keyword Controller and check one against the other. Delete duplicate entries then merge the lists for one complete list.

 Clean Lists - Remove any and all punctuation and unwanted symbols from your lists with one click.

 Remove Extra Spaces - Click once to get rid of any extra spaces, either at the beginning or end of your keywords as well as extra spaces hiding within the phrase itself!

Add extra commands within the a href= tag, such as target="_new".

Place text after the closing anchor tags, drop in tokens within the link, such as %%KEYWORD%%. Choose between your keyword list being hyphenated within the URL or no spaces between words.

Keyword Controller v1.9, updated 3rd September 2006, changes within this version are:

New Feature:- New right click menu available in Misspellings window and Batch Command files window, allowing to check all and uncheck all for selection

Fix:- Working order of the commands in Batch Command changed. Whatever selections you make, so long as you have chosen ’Clean Lists’ and ’Remove all Spaces’, these two will run last. Solves the problem of extra spaces till being left in lists after running a batch command.

  New Feature - Adding a Prefix or Suffix now available as a Batch Command.

  Fix - Wording for the clean list against the filter.txt option in Batch Command menu now changed to Run Filter.txt.

  New Feature - In Save/Split Files section - KC will now count the number of keywords in each .txt or .csv file within a chosen folder and show the value at the end of each filename.

  New Feature - In Save/Split Files section - capability added to split a list into files, using the first line of each new file as the filename itself.

  New Feature - In Save/Split Files section -capability added to use a generic name for your new keyword lists on saving, adding in numerical or alphabetical (or a mix of both) identifiers to the filename.

  New Feature - You can now select to either remove all numbers from a keyword phrase, leaving the remaining words or remove the whole phrase if it contains numbers.

  New Feature - Added the ability to Merge Files. You can now select as many files as you like and merge them all into one file.

  New Feature - Added different naming convention within the Save / Split Files section, allowing you to now split a file into X number of parts with each new list being named after the original name of the file plus whatever differentiation you wish in the parameters applied.
