50 New Topics Each Month

Each month we will bring you 50 new profitable niche topics, with templates and website materials for each of them. Unlike some template providers who churn out the same regurgitated stuff over and over again, ours will be fresh each month.

Some template sellers may advertise hundreds of templates per month, but their customers are surprised to find that there are only a limited number of topics, with several template variations for each topic. That means there’s a far smaller chance of getting the topics you care about.

For this collection we cover 50 topics EACH month. Not 50 topics repeated with slight variations. I’m talking about 50 different topics. That means you’ll have plenty to choose from, and there’s a good chance there will be plenty of topics that you are interested in building sites around.

Some of them are broader topics, such as "engineering" and can be easily adapted for many sub-niches (like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.). Others are much more specific, like "model railroads", for a quick and easy way to zoom in on a profitable industry.

I also want to emphasize that these are NOT the same "AdSense sites" that you’ve seen circulating around the web with resale rights. I’ve seen some of the other stuff out there, and most of it ain’t pretty! It is obvious that some of those marketers either don’t know a lot about AdSense, or they’re outsourcing to a cheap overseas team that doesn’t know how to properly monetize a site with AdSense or ANY other revenue source for that matter.

I know what you’re thinking... come on Joel, aren’t you being a bit harsh on the competition? I don’t think so. Most of the templates I’ve seen are poorly optimized for making money. They’re using the wrong ad blocks, or they’ve got them in the wrong places, or they don’t have enough of them. I’ve even seen some so-called "AdSense templates" that only have one ad block per page!

Let’s take a look at some major differences between other templates and my templates...

- Other Templates

    • Poor Quality - Many other templates are poor quality. By this, I mean it looks like they were just thrown together. For example, you might find a set of templates where every site has exactly the same header graphic with only the title being different.
    • Poorly Optimized - Most templates don’t include AdSense, or any other income streams, and if they do it’s often poorly optimized. They’ve got the wrong placement, wrong ad block sizes, wrong colors, etc.
    • Can’t Customize - When you find a template with good design and graphics, it almost certainly was built with dozens of Photoshop "image ready slices". You can’t customize the site without pushing something out of place and messing something up.

- Joel’s Templates

    • Well Made - My templates are well made. Thought and effort was put into each individual site, with careful attention being paid to the layout, the header graphics, the color schemes, etc.
    • Well Optimized - My templates are designed with AdSense AND other income streams in mind, and they’re well optimized. We used the proper ad blocks and link units. The ads are carefully placed for maximum clicks!

We start the collection with basic HTML templates for each of the 50 monthly niche topics. This provides complete flexibility to adapt them, and to edit them in any HTML editor.

These templates are compatible with FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Coffeecup, Notepad, and virtually any other HTML editor...

Let’s talk about just how EASY it is to customize these templates. First of all, they’re built fully functional with all the AdSense code already included, so it’s simply a matter of plugging in your own AdSense publisher ID (takes about 10 seconds) and they’re ready to start making money for you.

You can add your own content simply by typing it in the content areas within the template. You don’t even need to know HTML. These templates are designed to be simple and easy to understand. Unlike some templates I’ve seen, you WON’T find a bunch of messy code scattered throughout them, making it difficult to add your own content.

In fact, we discovered from our survey that it was important to some people that we make the templates W3C compliant. For those of you who DO care, you’ll be happy to know that each month we create the 50 HTML templates using W3C-compliant XHTML, and we validate each of them.

If you don’t know what W3C is, or understand what I mean by VALID XHTML, don’t worry about it. All you need to know is that it means a few things to you...

  • Search engines prefer clean, properly formatted code :-)

I’m very excited about the addition of HyperVRE templates to our "arsenal", because they are designed to meet the objective of our mission... to create virtual real estate.

These templates are made to be used with the HyperVRE software, and if you don’t already have the program, don’t worry! I’m including the FREE version as a bonus with your package today.

In case you’re not familiar with HyperVRE, it’s a user-friendly Windows software program that builds content-based websites, and you don’t even need to know HTML to use it.

In order to help you understand how these templates work, let me start by explaining a little bit about what the software does...

  • HyperVRE enables you to build content-rich sites using articles that are relevant to your highly targeted keywords.
  • Allows you to add rotating keyword definitions to your pages, which is a portion of the page that is auto-refreshed with laser-targeted content for your keyword.

If you’re syndicating someone else’s content on your site by using their RSS feed, then you need to keep the link back to the author’s site. If you’re posting RSS feeds without a proper link back to the author’s site (also called scraping), then you’re basically stealing their content. Not only could that get you banned from the search engines, but it could also land you in hot water with the owner of the content.

AdSense works great with blogs, because the content is real, it’s updated regularly, and it’s often focused on a particular topic. In fact, Google loves blogs for these reasons.

Notice I didn’t say that Google loves SPLOGS (spam blogs). In fact I’d dare say that they hate spam blogs, and I am NOT going to teach you how to be a blog spammer. The kind of blog that Google loves—and the kind that I hope you will create—is a REAL blog.

To help you create targeted sites with actively updated content (the kind of site that Google loves), I’m taking ALL 50 of our niche topics each month and turning them into WordPress themes!

That means you can seamlessly integrate a blog with any of the niche sites, regardless of whether you’re using the HTML, HyperVRE, or XSitePro template as a base. I mention this because I often see websites with blogs that don’t fit in. For example, a site may have a good design and nice colors...then you visit the blog page and it’s a white background with a plain blue bar at the top (the default WordPress theme).

When the blog doesn’t match the site, I think visitors kind of feel like the backdrop fell over. Fortunately, you can avoid that problem by using these WordPress themes in collaboration with your niche templates.

I ALSO created these WordPress themes to stand alone, so you don’t have to use them in collaboration with one of the niche templates. In other words, you can just as easily use the WordPress theme by itself, and your blog will look great!

The problem is that unless you’re a PHP coder, it can be very tricky to integrate AdSense into your forum. That’s why I decided to include these forum templates in this collection. These aren’t just any old forum templates... as you might have guessed, these ones have AdSense already integrated into them, and they’re designed to be integrated with the other niche templates!

Many hosts have simple one-step phpBB installation wizards in their control panels. I’ll also show you where to get phpBB for free if you need it. All you need to do is plug your AdSense publisher ID into a couple of spots, upload the files, and you’re good to go!

I’m going to keep this part brief, because if you’re an XSitePro user, you already KNOW the value of what we’re offering here.

As if XSitePro didn’t already make it easy enough to build a website, I’m going to make it even easier.

All you need to do is load the XSitePro template (XSE file), and you can add your own content by typing it in the content areas. NO technical skills are needed at all.

Once again, we’ve already added the AdSense for you. All you need to do is open the AdSense panel from your XSitePro menu and plug in your publisher ID number.

You just follow a few simple instructions, add your content, click a couple of buttons, and bang! XSitePro generates the web-ready pages for you... including a Google sitemap!

I don’t want to sound like I’m a broken record here, but again I’ll say that the basis of a long-term VRE website is good content, and you need to provide unique content that your visitors will find some value in.

That’s the reason I didn’t want to go to the extreme by providing thousands of articles (which might give you the wrong idea). At the same time, I do want to get you started launching your sites as soon as possible, which is why I’ve included some PLR (Private Label Rights) content to get you going.

Instead of quantity, I’ve focused on quality. I hired a team of professional writers to write 250 PLR articles pertaining to the niche topics that we included in your monthly package.

This is not regurgitated junk that you’ve seen floating around the web. These articles were written specifically for each month’s package, and they have never been released before.

In keeping with the theme of flexibility, I’ve taken it a step further by providing every article in THREE formats. This is something I have never seen any article provider do before.

The three formats include...

- Plain text file

- HTML file

- HyperVRE format

Again, the reason I’m doing this is to provide flexibility. The plain text is obviously easy to work with, cut and paste into other applications, etc. Additionally, most page generation software uses text files.

The HTML articles are ready to be copied and pasted directly into your web pages; no formatting required.
