What is your pricing model? - We provide discounts for purchases of multiple URLs, and you do not need to buy the URLs at the same time to take advantage of the discount. URL Submission fees (annual fee, per URL/Page):

How are payments handled? - Payments are handled via PayPal and ClickBank. Both payment processors accept all major credit cards.
What happens when the one year submission time is up? - Express Inclusion is purchased one year at a time. When two weeks remain of this time, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified when only three days remain. During this two-week period, you have the possibility of renewing your submission and puchasing another year’s inclusion for the special price of $15.00 / URL. URLs can be renewed an unlimited number of years. If you choose not to renew the URL, it will be deleted from our index when the inclusion time expires.
Altering or Deleting URLs
I misspelled my URL, how do I correct it? - Please tell us which URL you’d like changed and to what, and we’ll fix it for you.
Can I change my URL? - We allow alterations to URLs only in special cases, for instance if you permanently move your site to a new domain name. Please contact us and specify the old and new URLs, and we’ll make the change for you.
How can I delete my URL? - Please contact us with the URL you’d like to have deleted. No refunds will be given for URLs deleted before their expiration date.
Crawling, Listings and other Technical Questions
Where can I check my URL’s indexing status? - Go to the My URLs tab. The indexing status column reports any errors encountered while crawling your site. Indexed OK means the site is indexed and included in our database. Not yet indexed means the site will be included within 48 hours. The status may also be an error code, for which an explanation can be found here.
I get an error message for my URL. What do I do? - When retrieving and indexing data from the Web, error conditions can sometimes arise. To diagnose the problem, begin by consulting the Indexing Errors help section, to see if the error is one that you can remedy yourself (such as a misconfigured web server, robots.txt exclusion or forbidden redirection). If this does not help, please contact us and we will assist you in getting your page indexed. Please also note that many errors are of a temporary nature and may go away after the next reindexing.
Where do I enter keywords for my listing? - When our crawler visits your page, it analyzes it and lists it under relevant keywords that it finds on the page. Thus the process is completely automated, and there is no need for you to enter keywords manually.
How can I view the number of hits my page gets? - We do not provide click tracking functionality, mainly because our search results is transferred to many partners (e.g. Mamma, Ixquick etc) that are not under our control and whom we cannot collect tracking information from. You can track clicks yourself by either analyzing the referers in your web server logs, or by including tracking flags in the Express Inclusion URLs.
Keyword Analyzer
What does the keyword analyzer measure? - The keyword analyzer measures the number of search queries that match any of your keywords, and shows you the fraction of these searches that match each of these keywords. So, if you enter two keywords which receive 30% and 70% respectively, this tells you that 70% of all people that search for either of these keywords actually search for the second keyword. This gives you valuable insight into which keywords to optimize your pages and advertising campaigns for.
How many keywords can I research? - For each URL you submit (both new and renewed URLs count), you may research 25 keywords. You may use any number of these keywords in any number of researches. For instance, if you purchase two URLs, you are given 50 keywords that you may use for five 10-keyword researches, 25 2-keyword researches, or any other combination. There is a maximum of 10 keywords per analysis.
How does the analyzed keywords relate to my URL submissions? - The keywords researched in the Keyword Analyzer are completely independent of your URL submissions. This tool is a bonus feature that provides static information only.
