AdWordsMarket Top Paying Keywords Report
As an online publisher, blogger or business you are always looking to maximise earnings from you website. If you are using Google’s AdSense program or a similar content targetted system to display ads on your site.
Google Adsense displays ads on your site based on the content it finds on your page. When someone clicks on an ad, you receive a portion of what the advertiser is paying to Google. So, the more an advertiser is paying per click, the more money you earn.
Knowing what content and which keywords should appear in your text to trigger high paying ads will allow you to optimise your site and drastically improve your earnings from AdSense.
A few weeks ago, we set out to make the ultimate report on high paying keywords. This means we not only look for keywords with a high Cost per click, but also for keywords that are popular (having 1000 vistors click for $0.10 is better than having 10 visitors click for $1.00).
In order to do this we took the top 1,000,000 most popular search queries from our regular AdWordsMarket keyword research report and cross referenced them with Google’s AdWords Traffic/Cost estimator. Next, we filtered out all low traffic / low cost keywords. Panning for Adsense Gold, we sorted and resorted, over and over again untill we were left with these incredible numbers:
- Over 100,000 high traffic/high value keywords
- Over 30,000 keywords between $1 and $5 dollars per click
- Over 4,000 keywords over $5 dollars per click, including dozens of insane keywords costing up to $100 per click!
